“A Prodigal Son

A Dangerous Love

A Deadly Secret

Grace Divine—daughter of the local pastor—always knew something terrible happened the night Daniel Kalbi disappeared and her brother Jude came home covered in his own blood.

Now that Daniel’s returned, Grace must choose between her growing attraction to him and her loyalty to her brother.

As Grace gets closer to Daniel, she learns the truth about that mysterious night and how to save the ones she loves, but it might cost her the one thing she cherishes most: her soul.” – Goodreads

My Opinion: I liked this book. It was sweet and had me guessing what was going to happen next. I thought it was very clever that the author left clues as to what was going to happen and that these clues could lead to so many different ideas. I’m interested in knowing whether there will be another one with Grace and Daniel again but this time Grace will be saving the world and her brother.
Grace was very real. Bree Despain made her be just like a teenage girl. It was easy to relate to her because she made decisions that are human and are two sided.
Overall: 4 out of 5
