1. Best Book of 2010

Not sure that I have one. This year was a great year for novels. Can’t wait for the great new releases coming out in 2011!

2. Worst Book of 2010

Hmm, not sure I had one. I usually do a little research on books I’m going to read, so not much disappointment happened this year.

3. Most Disappointing Book of 2010

The Good Girls Guide to Getting Kidnapped (Yxta Maya Murray) and Girl in the Arena (Lise Haines) These books just weren’t what I expected them to be.

4. Most Surprising Book (in a good way!) in 2010

Graceling and The Hunger Games Trilogy

6. Best Series Discovered in 2010

Dream Catcher Series by Lisa McMann (Wake, Fade and Gone)

7. Favorite New Authors of 2010

Lisa McMann and Kristin Cashore

8. Most Hilarious Read of 2010

Beastly by Alex Flinn

9. Most Thrilling Unputdownable Book of 2010

Mockingjay (Suzanne Collins) and Last Sacrifice (Richelle Mead)  (both finales to series, so sad)

10. Book You Anticipated the Most for 2010

Mockingjay (Hunger Games 3) by Suzzane Collins

11. Favorite Cover of a Book You read in 2010

Voices of Dragons by Carrie Vaughn and Nightshade by Andrea Cremer

12. Most Memorable Character in 2010

Katniss Everdeen (Hunger Games) and Rose Hathaway (Vampire Academy)

13. Most Beautifully Written Book in 2010

You by Charles Benoit

14. Book that had the Greatest Impact on You in 2010
