Movie Review: Avalon High

Standard

Avalon High (2010) based on the novel Avalon High by Meg Cabot

When Allie Pennington (Brittany Robertson) transfers to Avalon High, her new friends seem like typical teens with typical problems. But a class on the legacy of King Arthur leads Allie to a startling connection: Avalon is a modern Camelot, and even she’s a member. All the Knights of the Round Table are present, from quarterback Will (Gregg Sulkin) to best friend Lance (Christopher Tavarez), but it’s up to Allie to uncover the traitor in the group.

Cast:
Brittany Robertson, Gregg Sulkin, Joey Pollari, Devon Graye, Molly C. Quinn, Steve Valentine, Don Lake, Christopher Tavarez
My Opinion: I have to say that I am a little disappointed of this movie. The characters were a little weird, especially Allie, she seemed to have trouble running, considering she was supposed to be a track athlete, it just bugged me.
On top of that, they completely screwed up the ending of the book. This is movie is based on the book Avalon High by Meg Cabot.
Overall: 2.5 out of 5
