Stormwalker Janet Begay returns home only to have the ground collapse beneath her-literally. After tumbling two hundred feet underground, Janet is rescued by her dragon boyfriend, Mick. But something dark touches Mick while in the sinkhole, and Janet might lose him forever unless she recruites the most unlikely of allies to stop the growing shadow. – Goodreads
My Opinion: I was really anxious throughout the book about Mick and how he was acting and really surprised that Janet wasn’t pushing him more to open up and talk about tell him that something was wrong. I liked the mystery of who/what was playing tricks with Janet with the hotel and Mick and everything that was happening. I’m also glad that her Grandmother made an appearance in this installment and I am really glad with her involvement. I was also really happy that Janet’s sister made an appearance.
The plot was really good with the many little things that were going wrong that Janet kept trying to fix but that kept going wrong. The character also evolved in the way that, their most pronounced characteristics also became more enhanced. I was also really surprised by that fact Mick had not told Janet his real name. Anyways the book was good and I can’t wait for the fourth in the series, Nightwalker,  to come out in February.
Overall: 4 out of 5
